The consumer demand for soya related products have risen dramatically over the last few years, this is in part due to increasing cases of dairy intolerance's and because of improved catering and marketing of vegetarian friendly foods.

Soya beans are an incredible food they contain phytic acid, which helps prevent your bodies arteries clogging up.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, Pealed and chooped.
  • 1 pint soya milk, organic and GM free.
  • 2 soft peaches, remove stone, peeled and chopped.
  • Handful pumpkin seeds.

Instructions

  1. Place the pumkin seeds on a roasting tray, and grill for about 5 minutes or until lightly roasted.
  2. Mix all the fruit in a blender, juicer or smothie maker until liguidized.
  3. Add the seeds and drink straight away as it is or with vanilla ice-cream.
